Mother & Partner – 90 minutes
This appointment gives you and your partner an opportunity to connect more fully with each other and your baby, noticing who you are in relationship to one another through shared yoga, meditation, supportive-touch, and talk. Through this, your partner is also given the opportunity to practice what it might be like to be present to you and support you during labor, while also taking care of their own needs. Rather than going through a set of specific poses, this session is more free-flowing in that the positions will be based on what you’re needing in the present moment, either led by you, or suggested by me. This session helps you to practice finding, trusting, and acting on your embodied intuition, while offering ways your partner might choose to support you there or not, also based on their own needs.
