Full Consultation with Yoga Therapy Session




Mother Only – 90 minutes

The intention of this session is to give us an opportunity to get acquainted and for you to get a feel for how you can benefit from yoga therapy throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Be prepared to share a little about yourself, what your pregnancy has been like so far, your expectations for your remaining pregnancy, and what expectations you may have for me as your doula. We’ll spend the first half-hour getting to know one another, then you’ll receive a full 60-minute yoga therapy session that includes meditation, intention-setting, supported postures, affirmations, opportunities for self-awareness, baby-awareness, therapeutic dialogue, and an integrative meditation to take what you noticed and create tangible life-change in support of being the best mother you can be.
